Clark Jobe
Of Counsel

My practice focuses mostly on oil and gas regulatory matters before the Railroad Commission of Texas, and the leasing and pooling of State-owned lands at the Texas General Land Office. I have also appeared before the Public Utility Commission of Texas and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

My experience includes more than 40 years in public-sector, private-sector and non-profit positions, including both legislative and regulatory work. In the late 1980’s, I served on the Railroad Commission of Texas, having been appointed to fill the unexpired term of Commissioner Buddy Temple.
