Lee Banse

Lee’s practice covers a wide range of environmental, energy, and real property in both litigation and regulatory proceedings. Lee has represented clients in courts throughout Texas and before the Railroad Commission of Texas, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

During law school, Lee externed for the Honorable Harold Melton of the Georgia Supreme Court and participated on the Emory University School of Law’s moot court team, including coaching a team in the National Moot Court Competition.
