Our firm maintains an element of experience that sets us above the rest. Originally founded more than thirty years ago as an oil and gas firm, the firm has mirrored the continuing evolution of the industry by expanding its practice areas to serve our clients with top rate counsel in a wide array of energy, environmental and water matters. Five of our lawyers have engineering degrees and several lawyers have previously worked for the state agencies we represent clients before, including the Railroad Commission of Texas, General Land Office and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Additionally, some of our lawyers have served as advisers to elected officials, including one attorney who served as Interim Deputy Chief of Staff & District Director to a U.S. Congressman and another that served as Director of the House Study Group for the Texas House of Representatives. These backgrounds equip our firm with a unique and invaluable technical and legal knowledge base. We employ this expertise to advise clients on a wide range of oil and gas, environmental and water matters including the impact of legislative and rule making issues pertinent to their interests.
We strive to create a collaborative, trusting relationship with our clients and dedicate ourselves to advocate on their behalf as though their endeavors are our own. In turn, our attorneys are committed to developing the strategies necessary to best serve our clients’ interests.
