Ebee Ward Williams practices environmental, water, and energy law, assisting clients with environmental litigation and regulatory matters.
Before joining McElroy, Sullivan, Miller & Weber, L.L.P., Ebee practiced environmental law at an Austin firm where she handled complex matters involving air and water permitting, compliance, and enforcement issues primarily before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. In 2025, Ebee was selected to join Texas Water Foundation’s Water Leader Program, where she developed her leadership skills and became part of an exclusive network of professionals across diverse water sectors.
Ebee earned her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law. While at Tech Law, she completed an Environmental Law Concentration and was a student fellow at the Center for Water Law & Policy. Prior to law school, Ebee received her B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring Austin’s trails, and playing tennis.
