Hailey’s practice covers a wide range of environmental, energy, and real property matters. Prior to joining McElroy, Sullivan, Miller & Weber LLP, Hailey worked as associate claims counsel for the country’s largest title insurance group, where she evaluated and advised the company on numerous title issues in Texas.
