John’s practice includes all aspects of oil and gas litigation including royalty disputes, title disputes, environmental disputes, contract disputes, and lease termination issues. John also practices outside the courtroom in all aspects of oil and gas law including the preparation of title opinions, evaluation of title issues, negotiation of leases, lease drafting, pre-acquisition due diligence, purchase and sales, contract negotiation and preparation, remediation of properties, and contested cases before the Railroad Commission of Texas.
John’s practice includes environmental litigation outside the oil and gas context as well.
