Since joining MSM&W in 2008, Mike has provided paralegal and regulatory support to the entire workgroup, including management of the firm’s preparation and filing of drilling permits, GAU letters and injection/disposal permit applications along with various other regulatory filings. Mike also assists in managing the research, review, assembly and organization of Railroad Commission, General Land Office, TCEQ and Secretary of State records for various clients and issues. Along with being familiar with preparation of general regulatory and legal documents, Mike has over 12 years of experience working with various members of RRC, GLO and TCEQ staff.
Education
Mike obtained his paralegal certificate from the University of Texas at Austin.
